Total Voting Rights - 30 September 2025

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company's issued share capital as at 30 September 2025 consisted of 95,903,579 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 3,188,879 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 92,714,700.

The above figure of 92,714,700 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs.
