Acquisition of Remaining Interest in Mottech Parkland (Australian Subsidiary)

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Mottech Water Solutions Ltd. ("Mottech"), has acquired the remaining 50% interest in its Australian subsidiary, Mottech Parkland. Following this transaction, Mottech Parkland is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group.  The consideration paid for this transaction was AUD 0.55m (approximately US$0.38m).

MTI's CEO, Moni Borovitz, commented: "Australia accounted for approximately 10% of Mottech's revenue in 2025 and represents an important and growing market. Given the local climate, effective water management is essential, and the Australian irrigation automation market is projected to reach US$743 million by 2030, via a compound annual growth rate of 22.5%*. We believe that this is an opportune time to take full ownership of Mottech Parkland and more actively pursue opportunities to expand the business in a fast-growing market."
