Result of EGM and Board changes

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd. (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held earlier today have been passed.

The proxy votes received from shareholders on each resolution are set out below.

Votes "For" include votes giving the Chairman discretion.

A vote "withheld" is not counted towards the votes cast "for" or "against" a resolution or the associated percentage calculations.

Board changes

Further to the Company's announcement on 22 August 2025, following the passing of the resolutions, Mrs. Amalia Borovitz Bryl has been appointed as a director of the Company and as the Chair of the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company and Mr. David Yariv has been appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board, both with immediate effect, with their service agreements being effective from 20 August 2025.

With over 25 years of experience in providing customers with irrigation remote control and management, Mottech's solutions ensure constant, reliable and accurate water usage, increase crops quality and yield while reducing operational and maintenance costs providing fast ROI while helping sustain the environment. Distribution & Professional Consulting Services division
