The following Final Terms for the issue of Regulated Covered Bonds under the €45,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme are available for viewing:

Issue of:

(i)        €1,000,000,000 2.375 per cent. Series 2025-05 Fixed Rate Covered Bonds due January 2029 irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest by Nationwide Covered Bonds LLP under the €45,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme; and

(ii)       €500,000,000 2.875 per cent. Series 2025-06 Fixed Rate Covered Bonds due September 2032 irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest by Nationwide Covered Bonds LLP under the €45,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme.
