(ii)     Final Terms dated September 25, 2025 relating to the issue by Nationwide Building Society of $300,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Preferred Notes due 2030,

each issued pursuant to its U.S.$25,000,000,000 Senior Preferred, Senior Non-Preferred and Subordinated Medium-Term Note Program.
