Former Hawksmoor Exeter Team Joins Oberon

Driving Major Regional Expansion

London, 23 October 2025 - Oberon Investments Group plc ("Oberon" or the "Company"), (AQSE: OBE), the listed boutique investment management, wealth planning, and corporate broking group, is delighted to announce the appointment of a highly experienced investment management team based in Exeter, significantly strengthening Oberon's Wealth Management footprint.

The team of four will be led by Andrew Little, who joins Oberon as Head of the Exeter Office. Andrew brings over 20 years' experience in wealth and investment management, having started his career at Barclays before moving to Canaccord Genuity and W H Ireland. Most recently, Andrew headed the Exeter office of Hawksmoor Investment Management, where he managed a wide range of private client and intermediary relationships. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments (CISI).

Joining Andrew are Chris McNulty, Senior Investment Director, and Associate Investment Managers Michael Balch and Emily Davidson.

Chris has almost two decades of investment management experience, beginning his career at Barclays before holding senior roles at Williams de Broë and Brewin Dolphin. He later became one of the founding members of Hawksmoor's Dorchester office and, more recently, formed part of its Exeter investment team. Chris is a Chartered Wealth Manager and Fellow of the CISI.

Michael brings over 15 years of investment and fund administration experience, having joined Hawksmoor in 2014 after working at Capita Asset Services, while Emily joined the industry following a successful career in law and holds the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma.

This strategic team hire marks an important step in Oberon's continued growth and regional expansion, reinforcing the Company's position as one of the UK's most ambitious integrated wealth management and investment groups. As the wealth management industry trends toward commoditised investment products, Oberon is reinforcing its position as one of the few UK investment houses committed to delivering truly bespoke investment solutions for private clients and advisors.

Simon McGivern, Chief Executive Officer of Oberon, commented:

"We're thrilled to welcome Andrew and his team to Oberon. They are all highly respected professionals with an outstanding track record and a deep commitment to client service - complementing the Oberon culture perfectly. Their arrival reflects our ability to attract some of the best talent in the industry and underlines our ambition to build one of the UK's most forward-thinking wealth management businesses. Expanding into the Southwest is an exciting milestone as we continue to grow our national footprint and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients."

Commenting on his appointment, Andrew Little said:

"As Head of Oberon's new Exeter office, I'm honoured to have the opportunity to lead this exciting new chapter. Our primary goal is to build on Oberon's strong brand reputation, strengthen our existing client relationships, and expand our presence across the Southwest."

END.
