·    Extensive base in Republic of Ireland with c.60 employees and c.30 clinical sites across the country

·    New state-of-the art clinic opened in Dublin to complement existing capabilities

LONDON, UK, 23 September 2025, Optima Health (AIM: OPT), the UK's leading provider of technology enabled corporate health and wellbeing solutions, today announces the launch of Optima Health Ireland and the opening of a new state-of-the art clinic in Dublin, following its acquisition of Cognate Health earlier in the year. The Dublin clinic will serve as a central hub for Optima Health Ireland's operations, complementing existing capabilities in Cork and enhancing nationwide client support.

With operations in both the UK and Ireland and an increasing demand for integrated occupational health and wellbeing services across borders, Optima Health is well positioned to support organisations and their employees to deliver innovative solutions in occupational health.

Jonathan Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of Optima Health, said: "The launch of Optima Health Ireland is an exciting milestone in our broader growth strategy. Ireland represents a growing and dynamic market for occupational health services, and we are proud to build on the strong foundations of Cognate Health. Our investment in a new Dublin base reflects our long-term commitment to supporting Irish employers in creating healthier, more productive workplaces."

Professor John Gallagher, CMO and Clinical lead at Optima Health Ireland, said: "With Optima Health Ireland officially in operation, we can continue to deliver the high-quality, clinician-led services that we have established, while benefiting from the innovation and infrastructure of a larger organisation. We're excited to be part of Optima's vision for occupational health in Ireland."

Jennifer Carrol McNeil, Minister for Health in Ireland said: "This expansion, which includes the establishment of a new state of the art clinic in Dublin, will strengthen access to high quality occupational health and wellbeing services in Ireland, supporting healthier communities and enabling a more productive workforce across the country. We welcome the launch of Optima Health Ireland."
