Royal Bank of Canada today issued USD 580,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes due October 2026, Series 76381 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Programme for the Issuance of Securities (the "Programme").

The following document constitutes the final terms dated October 7, 2025 (the "Final Terms") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes for purpose of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and as it forms part of domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated July 9, 2025, as supplemented by the 1^st Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated August 28, 2025 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus").  Full information on Royal Bank of Canada and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
