Announcement of Publication of Price Range Prospectus

Further to its announcement of the price range published earlier today in connection with its initial public offering (the "IPO" or the "Offer"), Shawbrook Group plc confirms that the Prospectus has been approved by the FCA and has been published by the Company today.

Details of the Offer are set out in the Prospectus, which is now available on the Company's website at https://www.shawbrook.co.uk/investors/, subject to certain access restrictions.

A copy of the Prospectus will also be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
