Company appoints digital asset treasury management partner Archax
In July the Company announced it would complete a comprehensive business review to strengthen its strategic framework for growth. As part of its digital asset treasury management strategy the Company reviewed a range of digital asset partners and appointed Archax. The Company has now completed the onboarding process.
The Company will now progress calling its Annual General Meeting, to seek shareholder approval to commence activating a digital asset treasury management policy, amongst other ordinary resolutions to be put to shareholders.
