On 27 October 2025 the Company's Board of Directors (BoD) endorsed, in order to be submitted for the approval of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGMS), the appointment of KPMG Audit S.R.L. as auditor of Electrica Group for the financial and sustainability reporting, for a period of 3 years (fiscal years 2006-2028). The BoD decided to convene the OGMS at a date to be established and communicated in the future.
