SWS Holdings Limited (the "Scheme Company") confirms details of the sanction hearing (the "Sanction Hearing") in relation to a proposed scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Scheme") between the Scheme Company and each creditor under the Scheme (the "Scheme Creditors").

Details of the Sanction Hearing are as follows:

Date: 9 October 2025

Time: 10:30 a.m. (London time)

Location: Court 5, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL

It is anticipated that the Court will duly sanction the Scheme at the Sanction Hearing in view of the approval of the Scheme with overwhelming creditor support in the Scheme Meetings held on 30 September 2025, as announced in RNS number 4945B on 30 September 2025.

The Scheme Creditors have the right to attend in person or through counsel and make representations at the Sanction Hearing.

The time of the Sanction Hearing will also be posted on the Scheme website (https://deals.is.kroll.com/southernwater).
