The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 22 September 2025 in respect of an issue by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V. of SEK 500,000,000 2.405 per cent. Notes due 24 September 2027 (the "Fixed Rate Notes").

Final Terms dated 22 September 2025 in respect of an issue by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V. of SEK 350,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 24 September 2027 (the "Floating Rate Notes").

Each of the Fixed Rate Notes and the Floating Rate Notes, respectively, are to be issued under the €60,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., Toyota Credit Canada Inc., Toyota Finance Australia Limited (ABN 48 002 435 181) and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.

The Final Terms in respect of the Fixed Rate Notes and the Final Terms in respect of the Floating Rate Notes, respectively, must each be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 12 September 2025, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended) and the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, in order to obtain all the relevant information.
