Transport For London - TfL Publishes Final Terms for issue of £350m 5.75%

Publication of Pricing Supplement

Pricing supplement dated 29 September 2025 (the "Pricing Supplement") relating to the Transp​ort for London issue of £350,000,000 5.750 per cent. Notes due 1 October 2041 under its £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Notes")

Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from on or around 1 October 2025.
