BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 257^th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 15 October 2025 at Islamabad at 10:00 a.m. inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Bank for the 3^rd Quarter ended 30 September 2025 for declaration of any entitlement, 

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 07 October 2025 to 15 October 2025 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of UBL in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
