Final Terms dated 7 October 2025 relating to the Series 2025-C2 GBP 1,000,000,000 Floating Rate Regulation S Covered Bonds due 26 September 2030 issued by Westpac Banking Corporation (ABN 33 007 457 141) under its U.S.$40 billion Global Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by BNY Trust Company of Australia Limited as trustee of the Westpac Covered Bond Trust.
