INVESTOR UPDATE

Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited (the "Company") announces updates regarding certain financial, current trading and non-financial data to investors of the interim results of its parent company (Market Bidco Limited) together with the consolidated results of its subsidiaries (the "Group").   

The Group has, on 25 June 2024, released the unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements of the Group for the 13 weeks ended 28 April 2024 and the related Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations, which are available on the National Storage Mechanism.
