XP Factory, one of the UK's pre-eminent experiential leisure businesses operating the Escape Hunt^TM ('EH') and Boom Battle Bar^TM ('Boom') brands, announces that it will today post its audited Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting which is to be held at the offices of Singer Capital Markets at 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX on 29 September 2025 at 10.00 a.m.
