Provaris Energy delivered a quarter of measurable technical and commercial progression across its twin compressed hydrogen (H2) and liquid CO2 (LCO2) programs, keeping the company on track for key mid-2026 catalysts. Key developments were the advance of the 25,000 cbm LCO2 tank program into FEED Stage 2 with Yinson, while the strategic partnership with Japanese shipping major "K" LINE deepened around H2NeoTM carrier commercialisation. Fabrication of the H2 prototype tank at the Norwegian robotics innovation centre continued, and engagement with German offtakers and Nordic hydrogen producers broadened. A $1.325m placement lifted cash to $1.118m at quarter-end, with an additional $2.5m undrawn under the Macquarie convertible facility, giving management runway as it transitions toward a capital-lite licensing model.
