Although VW has suffered from a sizeable loss in 2015 with hardly any dividend payment for shareholders, and although the 2016 net profit is likely to be considerably lower than what the group achieved in previous years (in fact, a new loss cannot be excluded), both management and domestic employees are again getting sizeable bonuses.
