Yesterday afternoon CNRL announced that a team of operational staff had been permitted to return to the Primrose and Kirby South plants. CNRL staff are implementing a step-by-step recovery plan, including the inspection of facilities and equipment, and the completion of repairs, if required. Following this assessment, pre-start activities towards resuming full operations will begin (timing not yet known). Kirby South operations will require the resumption of third party pipeline operations.
