Parex previously reported 3Q15 production of 27,377 bbl/d. Cash flow in 3Q15 of US$13 mm was below expectations, as a restructuring tax charge was incurred in 3Q15, versus our assumption the charge would be incurred over 2H15e. Our 2015e cash flow estimate of US$140 mm remains unchanged.
