Primeline Energy Holdings (PEH)# has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to merge with Singapore-listed Loyz Energy Limited (LOYZ SP), a South-East Asian-focused E&P company with oil production in Thailand, and exploration licenses in Australia and New Zealand.
