Cathedral has announced a revised credit facility of $60 mm, a decrease of $25 mm from the prior facility. The availability under the credit facility was reduced on Cathedral's election based on the Company's currently projected capital requirements and to lower standby fees. An accordion feature for $35 mm of capacity is available, subject to approval from the lending syndicate. At March 31, 2015, Cathedral has $35 mm drawn on the facility and $1.4 mm in letters of credit.
