This morning, Magna Terra Minerals (MTT:TSXV, BRIOF:OTCPK) announced results from the regional prospecting program on the Rocky Brook Project located in the Bathurst Mining Camp of northern New Brunswick. The prospecting program consisted of 434 rock, grab, outcrop and float samples targeting exploration targets previously reported. These results follow those reported on December 1st, 2025, which you can read in out note here. In addition to today’s news, MTT provided an update on December 11th on the completion of the trenching program within the Fossil Hill Zone, which confirmed near-surface copper mineralization across multiple trenches (see page 4). We are maintaining our BUY rating and target price of $0.30/share on Magna Terra Minerals. High-Grade Copper Results Today’s results continue to validate the scale and prospectivity of Rocky Brook, with regional prospecting returning copper values of up to 8.17% Cu and zinc values of up to 3.70%. High-grade Cu-Zn mineralization was confirmed adjacent to the past-producing Restigouche deposit and along its 4.2km trend, alongside additional copper mineralization as part of the 15km Boudreau Brook-Fossil Hill Trend and within sedimentary rocks at Fournier Lake. These results highlight multiple copper discovery opportunities within a road-accessible distance of existing processing infrastructure, and they also support continued target advancement in 2026. Fossil Hill Trenching On December 11th, MTT reported the completion of its fall trenching program at the Fossil Hill Zone. The Company excavated three trenches totalling 245m and exposed 192m of bedrock, with all trenches revealing in situ copper mineralization, including a 40m zone in trench T8. The program targeted historical high-grade grab samples that returned up to 16.65% copper and 0.64% cobalt, and the new work exposed multiple copper mineral assemblages.
