Osisko Development (“ODV”) has announced it has secured a further US$195m of funding to advance the company’s Cariboo project in British Columbia, split between a US$120m bought deal and a private placement with a strategic investor for US$75m. We view this as a material positive as it further derisks project development from a financial perspective.
