PSA deliveries were down by 1% to 2.16m in 9M15 but up by 7.4% to 810,000 in Q4. This gives a full-year number of 2.97m, an increase of 1.2%. One reason for the latest positive growth is a relatively weak Q4 14 plus management’s intention to show positive growth for a year that has brought recovery to the European market.
