The CFO of Nordex, Mr Schäferbarthold, left the company at the end of December for family reasons. He had worked for the company since 2007 and was heavily involved in the successful restructuring of the group. Just recently, he extended the credit lines to €1.4bn due to the acquisition of Acconia Windpower. He will leave the company right in the middle of the integration process. In 2015, CEO Zeschky, who restructured the company successfully, also left Nordex for family reasons.
