Fraport has suffered the first quarterly passenger number fall since 2009. The number was down by 4.1% to slightly less than 5.51m in Frankfurt in June, by 4.1% to 15.74m in Q2, and by 0.9% to 28.67m in H1 16. These numbers show that the rate of decline has accelerated as of late. The passenger number continued rising in Lima (+13% to almost 1.5m) in June and in H1 (+11% to 8.95m).
