SLI Systems has announced that it expects to report H116 revenues of NZ$17.3m, up 29% year-on-year, in line with our forecasts. The company also announced it has appointed Martin Onofrio as chief revenue officer (CRO), with immediate effect. Mr Onofrio brings 25 years’ sales and executive leadership experience. He was most recently chief revenue officer at Silicon Valley-based Attensity Corporation. His recruitment closely follows Silicon Valley-based CEO Chris Brennan's appointment last month.
SLI Systems has announced that it expects operating revenue for the six months to 31 December 2015 will be NZ$17.3m, a 29% rise y-o-y. This is in line with our expectations. Our FY16 forecast for operating revenue is NZ$38m, up 33% y-o-y.
The company also announced it has appointed Martin Onofrio as chief revenue officer, effective immediately and based in the US. This follows the appointment of US-based CEO Chris Brennan last month
Mr Onofrio previously held executive sales leadership positions at SAP, Mobileum, Kana, Triple Point Technology and e-commerce platform provider Blue Martini Software. Chris Brennan commented that Mr Onofrio “comes to the company with strong leadership background and a proven track record of increasing sales for cloud-based solutions”.
The two key executive appointments prepare SLI for its next stage of development and are likely to raise its profile in the US capital markets and with US corporate customers.
