We initiate coverage on Agilyx with a Buy recommendation and NOK 62 TP. The company enables the industry to unlock the potential within chemical recycling of plastics by offering well-tested conversion technology in combination with feedstock supply matched to customer specification. Thus, we argue Agilyx is well positioned to monetise on the potential USD 240bn addressable market, and expect 2022 to mark the start of significant revenue growth.
