We initiate coverage on Arendals Fossekompani with a Buy recommendation and a target price of NOK 340. With its diversified portfolio of hydropower production and green technology related companies, we view AFK as well positioned to benefit from the ongoing energy transition. We estimate a fair NAV of NOK 340 based on the current portfolio and see significant potential beyond this as the next generation portfolio companies are developed.
