From a company-specific viewpoint, RECSI has done most things right over the past year: i) The company has become fully financed for the Moses Lake restart, ii) it has signed a 10-year Moses Lake offtake agreement, with a price floor that should ensure a minimum level of profitability, iii) the 15% Yulin equity stake was sold for an impressive USD 136m consideration, iv) the Moses Lake capacity ramp-up has so far progressed in line with schedule/budget.
