The founder of US-listed fashion e-retailer Farfetch is looking to take the company private.
Last August Richemont agreed to sell a 47.5% stake in YNAP to Farfetch. The underperformance of Farfetch’s stock price and the potential delisting move are raising questions regarding this deal.
To date Richemont has said that it has no financial obligations towards Farfetch and is carefully monitoring the situation.
