Sigma Capital (“Sigma”) has commenced its first PRS site in Scotland, working with Springfield Homes as its Strategic Development Partner. The development – a 75 unit site on Springfield’s Bertha Park site (near Perth) – will generate £0.76m annual rental income once completed and let. Development under a design & build contract with Springfield will cost £11.75m, funded from Sigma’s balance sheet. We do not change forecasts. This provides another strand to the existing strategy and we hope to see further opportunities captured.
