Alkemy and its 100%-owned subsidiary Tees Valley Lithium (TVL) report that TVL has signed an MOU with Recharge Industries Pty Ltd pertaining to lithium hydroxide tolling (offtake) and spodumene sourcing. Recharge has just successfully bid to acquire Britishvolt from administration and take over construction of the £3.8bn Gigafactory in Northumberland, the first of its kind in the UK.
