Amcomri has added to its group of specialised UK engineering businesses with the acquisition of EMC Elite Engineering Services Ltd, a provider of mechanical and electrical engineering services to the power generation, process and aggregates industries. The acquisition is accretive to earnings, and we are raising our FY25E and FY26E adj. EPS forecasts by 5% and 11% respectively. We maintain our 89.0p target price.
