Aptamer Group plc announced the results of its Retail Offer, which raised approximately £274,000 before expenses, resulting in the issue of 45,665,573 Retail Offer Shares at 0.6p each. This brings the total raised from the Placing, Subscription, and Retail Offer to approximately £4.5 million, with approximately £3.1 million of this amount conditional on resolutions passed at a General Meeting scheduled for 13 April 2026. A circular and notice of the General Meeting have been posted to shareholders.
