The PRS REIT, the dedicated UK PRS REIT launched in May 2017 backed by blue-chip institutional investors and the HCA, has issued a maiden update. As planned, the REIT has acquired a £7m fully let site in Merseyside from Sigma Capital and has also signed a design and build (“D&B”) contract for a £16m site in Rochdale.
