Avon has announced that it has acquired Hudstar Systems Inc for $5.1m in cash. Hudstar is based in Florida and is a leading designer and manufacturer of electronic control systems used in powered and supplied air respiratory protection systems, including Avon’s award winning Deltair product. Avon is Hudstar’s principal customer.
