Avon Rubber has announced the appointment of its new CEO, following the retirement of Peter Slabbert. The new CEO, Rob Rennie, joins from Schneider Electric on 1st December. He brings significant experience in managing and growing customer and technology led engineering and service businesses, rather than sector specific knowledge of Avon’s Protection & Defence and Dairy markets, although this is already well-covered in the operations and at NED level.
