 Ilika announced FY26 interims today, including confirmation of first full commercial contract for Stereax electrode supply to Cirtec Medical in the US. We adjust year-end, top-line from £2.6m to £1.5m reflecting administrative changes affecting existing and new UK government grant cashflow timing. Decreased capex & opex offsets this, resulting in the key closing cash metric ahead at £5m v £4.4m. Commercialisation of Stereax and Goliath product platforms progress on track. Stereax commenced battery production for medical device product testing and first deliveries; Goliath 2Ah P1 prototypes were validated by key customers as a solid-state leader. Ilika is now putting 5x capacity, 10Ah prototype cells into customer hands across an impressive, growing bluechip pipeline from 21 to 27 comprising global tier-1 OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, consumer appliance & defence companies.
