Invinity’s interim results are unsurprisingly in line with the recent trading update with revenue at £1.6m, down from the prior year of £14.8m whilst the operating loss of £11.4m improved on the prior year’s £12.5m. With a slight H2 revenue weighting, the company remains on track to meet our full year forecast of £4.8m, with a number of VS3 battery deliveries due to complete in H2. Importantly, Invinity has completed the sale of a 1.2MWh Mistral battery system to Gamesa Electric, anticipated to be the first Mistral product to be shipped, as they prepare to launch for general sale by the end of the year. The company had £49.2m of cash as at June 30 and have instituted new 12 month goals which ought to leave the company positioned to enter FY 26 with robust revenues and margins sufficient to achieve breakeven.
