Indus has released its FY 2020 results to the end of March. These report revenues of US$58.0m compared with our US$60.6m forecast. EBITDA was then US$55.5m, marginally ahead of our US$55.1m forecast. The already-gained approval of the wider RJ-ON/6 development plan, incorporating SSG and SSF, and the ongoing progression of discussions for the new pipeline connection, are positive developments for Indus.

Following continued delays of a Brexit agreement, few sectors within the UK market have remained attractive to investors despite low valuations. One sector which has continued to outperform despite the political drama has been the UK video gaming sector (henceforth UK gaming), which we are fans of. We believe a combination of sector-leading growth, strong cash conversion and timely cyclical positioning support our positive view on the UK video gaming sector.

Indus has released its FY19 results, which are mildly ahead (~4%) of our forecasts at the EBITDA level, showing strong operational cash flows and good progress on the key pipeline. We make a number of changes to our forecasts (outlined on pg. 2) and reiterate our Buy recommendation.
In January, we provided a list of 11 stocks for 2019 that we believed would perform strongly with attractive catalysts that could lead to material outperformance. In this Quarterly Research Outlook, we revisit these views, analysing what has happened and how the remaining six months of the year could play out.

We’re just over three months in to 2019 and we’ve seen a 10% UK market rally, retracing much of the Q4 decline, such is the nature of fickle market sentiment. That said, many of the issues we wrote about three months ago that were impacting markets remain: notably Brexit, trade wars, geopolitics and global monetary policy. The 2019 rally thus far feels somewhat fragile, with competing forces of optimism on a potential trade deal which could underpin the rally, against the deterioration in underl

The market has not faced quite so many conflicting challenges for a number of years, whether related to global geopolitics, trade wars, ongoing Eurozone issues or the “will they, won’t they” saga of Brexit. In our Best Ideas, we sought to highlight stocks that present investors with interesting opportunities following recent market moves. Those stocks, we believe, warrant investor attention, in many cases for uncorrelated or stockspecific reasons, regardless of the near-to-medium term market dir

The June IPO of Knights Group Holdings, a Top-100 regional law firm, marked the fifth entrant to the burgeoning UK-listed legal sector. Following recent expansion of our coverage across all five listed legal firms, complemented by coverage of three broader support services peers with exposure to the sector, we revisit and build upon our views on this rapidly evolving sector.

Indus has released its FY18 results, which are in line with our forecasts on a total revenue basis and continue to show good operational cash flows. Of significance, the company has confirmed that the Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) have invited bids for laying the planned Langtala-Bhilwara pipeline, which once connected, will facilitate increased capacity for gas production, and give Indus access to India’s national gas pipeline network. We see this as being very good news for

Jubilee today provides an operational update on the ongoing commissioning at the new Inyoni chrome and PGM plants with Jubilee building up to steady state production for nameplate capacity of 1.2Mt chrome concentrate and 44koz PGM production per year. Remember processing chrome creates the upgraded PGM tailings for Jubilee to recover the PGMs (Jubilee being paid a small margin to preconcentrate its own feed) and with the expanded Inyoni there is no need to share the PGM revenues via a JV struct

Last week Tamesis visited a number of Tharisa PLC's assets including the Tharisa Mine and Arxo Metals Beneficiation Site (AMBS) in South Africa and the Karo Platinum Project in Zimbabwe. Overall it was an extremely well received trip with evidence of efficiency improvements at the Tharisa mine, unexpected cash generation from the Vulcan Plant, further cash from the Salene Chrome Plant and, it also impressed on us that the Zimbabwe risk to the build out of Karo is lower than the market perhaps th

Chariot has conditionally raised gross proceeds of US$25.5m (before costs), providing the Company with sufficient funds to advance the Anchois Gas Development towards a Final Investment Decision (FID) and to progress its renewable power pipeline. The placing was significantly oversubscribed, highlighting the market's confidence in Chariot's business model and its management team. We maintain our price target at 51p, with the recent rise in the European gas price forward curve offsetting the dilu

Diversified has announced the acquisition of a portfolio of East Texas upstream assets and related facilities from a private seller for US$50m – an attractive 1.4x multiple based on the NTM adjusted EBITDA of US$35m and before any potential synergies. At US$50m, the net purchase price approximates a >PV40 valuation at the effective date and represents an attractive discount of c51% to the estimated PV10 using the NYMEX strip as of the 19 April 2022. ARC has announced it has signed a JV agreement with Anglo American (LSE:AAL, Market Cap $45bn) over its Zambian licences. This has long been in the offing and we view the terms as advantageous to Arc and a validation of the prospectivity that it (and we) see in its licences. The headline JV payments are staged but could ultimately lead to Anglo owning 70% of the licences, by investing $74m in exploration and paying Arc $14.5m. The licences will be held under a JV which will have an initial ow

Caledonia Mining Corporation delivers high yield exposure to the gold sector with increasing production from the 64% owned Blanket Gold Mine in Zimbabwe. With an improving political situation, Caledonia offers the in-country experience to capitalise on production backed exploration in a significant under-explored African greenstone belt. We value Caledonia on a base case in the region of $233m or £14.85/share, based on a long-term $1,750/oz gold price and assuming a 12% discount rate. With a foc
