Following on from positive momentum in the ramp up of its newly commissioned cashew project, we note Dekel Agri-Vision’s announcement it has conditionally completed and closed an oversubscribed fundraise to raise gross proceeds of £2.33 million. Net proceeds of c. £2.1m should now provide DKL with sufficient headroom to make principal repayments under its revised debt repayment schedule, allowing time for the cashew processing facility to be brought to full capacity.
