Devro has announced a small bolt on deal this morning which stacks up financially and strategically. It strengthens the groups position in the gel end of the meat processing market and adds a further point of differentiation. Management is doing all the right things to resurrect growth and if it executes, earnings should grow by c.50% by FY17. Much depends on there being no delays and setbacks with respect to China expansion. We are buyers on recovery grounds
