Firestone has released a comprehensive update regarding its partly constructed Liqhobong diamond mine in Lesotho. Construction is now 49% complete with the civil excavation works now virtually complete. We have incorporated the new resource, reserve, operating and capital costs and diamond pricing into our DCF model. As a result, we have reduced our risked target price from 81p to 61p, though note that this is still some 165% higher than the current price.
