Dialog has released a sound set of figures to end the FY20, boosted by still supportive demand for consumer products. The company reached an agreement with Renesas (on 8 February 2021) for the acquisition of the entire capital of Dialog and did not provide guidance for FY21. We, however, anticipate a return to growth of the top line after two years of decline due to the main-PMICs transfer to Apple.
