Following negotiations with state authorities, expected permitting timelines for the mine, rail, and port facilities have been shortened from 36 months to 12 to 16 months. Cadence expects that “installation licenses” covering the project facilities will be issued in 2024, and subsequently, on completion of construction works, “operational licenses” will be issued.
