The proposed spin-out of its Songwe Hill rare earths mining development project in Malawi and Pulawy rare earth oxides separation plant project in Poland will leave Mkango as a more streamlined rare earth magnet recycling company, whilst retaining an initial majority shareholding in the upstream assets that may benefit from being listed in a currently more buoyant US market.
